"Business hotels with working people staying here. Breakfast time filled with buisness people. No holiday /relaxing mood staying here. Reception commendable. Millionair Club is no casino but just a small place with Jackpot machines, and limited 'automated games', no card games. Far away from old quarters but shops, eateries still availiable within walking distance. 5mins walk to a supermarket, pizza eateries, wet market to your left (from the main entrance). Breakfast spread nothing to shout about. For Singaporeans, you may be pleased (or disgust)to see a merlion replicate in the entrance, followed by singapore style chaw bee hoon in the breakfast & also The Straits Times availiable at the lobby."

"While the hotel was beautiful and the room very clean and nice. I felt it was to far away from the hub of the city and lacked atmosphere. There didn't seem to many other international travellers staying at the hotel. I think its more of a business hotel. The pool was being renevated, so if we wanted to swim we had to go to the ajoined spa business and pay to use the spa and tiny pool. We had a massage here, but it had a slightly seedy feel about it."

"This hotel would be great if you were travelling for business - but we were not at all satisfied by the service as holidayers. Upon arrival we had to stand at the front desk for over 20 mins to get served while the staff checked out all the business men that came up after us. No one even looked up to acknowledge us - very rude. We were coming off the overnight train from Sapa at 5am & we were told that we could check in early at 10am - but when we arrived at 10am we were told that we would have to wait in the lobby until a room became available at midday. However the room almost made up for this inconvenience as it was large & clean, and had a plasma screen TV, cotton bath robes & king size bed. Beware if you have arranged an early check in though! "

"OK hotel"

"Overall stay was ok. I don't know whether it was the website service or the hotel, but they had no record of the request to have 2 beds and insisted (until I insisted back, repeatedly) that they would only give us 1 bed. Location is not exactly central and it was a taxi ride away to the city center each day. Due to that, I would pick a hotel that was more centrally located. Otherwise, stay was fine. Can't complain but wouldn't say this was the best either."

I was happy with this hotel. It wasn't flash but it was functional and provided my basic needs. A flannel in the bathroom would have been appreciated, as would a robe, but otherwise it was fine. I did not try out the 'entertainment' so I cannot comment there. Food is good, but if you plan on eating in the Tiffin cafe, I would plan to arrive before 7pm as this is when the ladies from the nightclub arrive and it get's very full."

Quite a big business type hotel but no less attentive to tourist requirements for that. Front desk went to a lot of trouble to check out some details for me. Location away from old quarter but transport cheap and easy in Hanoi."

"The room is clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Food at the lobby cafe is reasonably priced. Although there're not many amenities nearby, taxi service is easily available and cheap. I will definitely stay here again in my next trip."
