To introduce the Alsace cuisine, take a moment to try the Flammenkuche, one of the most famous gastronomic delights of the region. Continue with the local Foie Gras, a pride of all Alsace people and the second most well-known region of France for this exquisite luxury followed by the famous steamed sea bass with Riesling sauce, a rare delectable dish. Don’t miss the Venison filer with Alsace Pinot Noir wine before finishing the course with the Munster cheese with Cumin and the Phyllo dough apple tart.
