Location: Tuc Dup Hill located in Tri Ton District, belongs to Co To Mountain, An Giang Province. Characteristics: Even though Tuc Dup Hill is only 300m high, it owns an obstacle and dangerous geography with rough cliffs forming caves getting though each other like a bee hive. 

Location: Vinh Te Commune, 6km west of Chau Doc Town, An Giang Province. Characteristics: The 230m high mountain with beautiful landscapes and many historic remains. 

Location: Oc-Eo Remains Site is located in the mountainous region of Sap - Ba The in Thoai Son District, An Giang Province; 30km from Long Xuyen. Characteristics: It is a vast ancient vestige of the Phu Nam Kingdom, a powerful nation in the Southeast Asia about two thousand years ago. In the Middle Ages, the ancient citadel of Oc-Eo used to be a commercial center. 

Location: Quang Tri Citadel is situated in the central of Quang Tri Town. Characteristic: Quang Tri Citadel was a military bastion and it was also an administrative head office of Nguyen Dynasty in Quang Tri Province (1809 -1945).  

Location: Vinh Moc Tunnels is situated in Vinh Linh Village, Vinh Thach Commune, Vinh Linh District, Quang Tri Province. Characteristic: Vinh Moc Tunnels - a place well-known as an underground village constructed to avoid bombardments during the American War (1965-1966).  

Location: Quang Binh Gate is situated in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province. Characteristic: Quang Binh Gate - an architectural construction with a basis of an artistic and historic value.  

Location: The statue of Dien Bien Phu Victory is situated atop Hill D1, Dien Bien Phu City. Characteristics: It is inaugurated in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7th, 1954 - May 7th, 2004).  

Location: Museum of Dien Bien Phu Victory lies opposite the cemetery of Vietnamese martyrs in Hill A1, the center of Dien Bien Phu City. Characteristics: The museum was built in 1984 in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.  

Location: Located in Muong Phang Commune, Dien Bien District, about 35km, 10km as the crow flies, from the centre of Dien Bien Phu City. Characteristics: Here visitors will find the hut where General Vo Nguyen Giap worked and other huts for information and military operation discussion.  

Location: Located in and around the 20km-long valley of Dien Bien Phu. Characteristics: After the victorious battle of Dien Bien Phu in 1954, almost all historical sites of this battle lying to the east of the Muong Thanh Field have been preserved intact.
