From its tiny kitchen, it’s amazing what the chefs can create for diners. The menu is rather focused with tasty entrées, mains, pastas and deserts using fresh, quality ingredients. It’s exciting to find a classic dish with a modern twist like steak on sweet potato mash or stuffed chicken leg with lemongrass infused jus. Fresh gnocchi is made out of choux pastry for that light, delicate texture. That and the homemade lasagne are worth trying for any vegetarians out there.

Pasta night on Tuesday and Steak Night on Saturday offer the best value meals in town with only 50,000VND for fresh pastas and 99,000VND for Aussie scotch fillet steak. One of the attractions for diners is also the Wednesday Food and Beer Match, a rather innovative approach from the Matchbox. Each week there will be a dish specially created to go with a certain type of beer from all over the world. Past popular matches include Beef Wellington with Coopers Extra Stout, confit of stuffed duck neck and duck breast supreme with Pilsner Urquell, shellfish and Erdinger Wheat Beer.
